Missing Wife
An Edgewood man reported recently that his wife had gone missing some 18 months ago.
 
Turtle Fled Scene
At 12:22 p.m. a cellular caller reported a large snapping turtle in the roadway at Elm Street and Crescent Road.  The turtle fled the area undetected.
 
Burglary

Burglary: A 38 year old man reported that his home was invaded on September 9th. The man said that he was sitting home alone masturbating and watching a pornographic moviw when a man came down into the basement, holding a gun, and started to video tape him.  The man said that before he left, the intruder fed his dog some mushrooms and the dog died.

 
Dog Attack

Dog Attack - Lower Duck Pond, Lithia, Ashland.  Police responded to a report of two dogs running loose and attacking ducks at about 11:20 a.m. Sunday.

The officer cited a resident for the loose dogs.  The duck refused medical treatment and left the area, according to police records. 

 
Harrassment
A man came to the Police Department to find out how to "legally kill" a person who was harrassing him.
 
Intruder Hit With Axe
1:14 a.m. - Caller reported hitting an intruder in the head with an axe.  Notes that the intruder "was in the mirror."
 
Walmart Infant Found
Wal-Mart: Police received a report of a newborn infant found in a trash can.  Upon investigation, officers discovered it was only a burrito.
 
Computer Hardware Switch

A woman reported Thursday that someone broke into her home on the 1200 block of Summer Street and switched hardware in her computer with identical hardware that doesn't work. There are no leads.
